Equipping Leaders Together

Thank you for partnering with the Center to invest in the lives of young leaders toward their discernment of God’s calling and vocation. With your help we are able to build a network of opportunities for potential leaders to be equipped for long-term healthy service for the Kingdom. This fall we have mentored five students through their internship process and are seeing phenomenal leadership growth and job opportunities develop. In particular, I would like to tell you the story of Mollie Meyer. Mollie is doing her second internshipwith the Center focusing on the interfaith community.Mollie is a Christ follower who brings God’s peace through collaboration and service to other religious groups in the city of Portland. She has spent the semester researching interfaith communities and interviewing those in the field. Most recently Mollie discovered an opportunity on her own college campus, Warner Pacific, to launch an interfaith group. She now has twenty students who are interested in joining and serving the local neighborhood. Mollie is being equipped as a servant leader with a growing discernment of her calling. Thank you for supporting the Center in empowering Mollie!

Fall Leadership Collaboration & Trainings

The Center is continuing to collaborate with groups of existing leaders through our network of churches and non-profits to train those who are disciple makers. This fall we hosted four training events throughout the state as well as networked with our regional leaders from the Wesleyan Holiness Consortium and the Global Wesleyan Alliance. We are excited to provide further equipping opportunities to our ministry partners so they too may invest in the future leaders for the kingdom.
